Return Policy

All product return refunds and exchanges are subject to management review and approval. If you are unable to visit our store and need to return via shipping service, be sure to speak to store management prior to shipping to us. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Not a Defect

Many of our garments are handmade. Sizing may vary by product and manufacture date. Irregularity of weave or print is normal; subtle variations in the coloring of material contributes to the charm and uniqueness of these garments and is not considered a defect.

Clearance Items

Items purchased from clearance sales are sold as-is and are not returnable. Make sure to review items thoroughly before purchasing.

Manufacturer Defects

If your purchased item contains manufacturing defects, the item may be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Restocking Fee

Products returned to us within 14 days of purchase, unwashed and undamaged, in the original unopened packaging may be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

Any item returned to us within 14 days of purchase, unwashed and undamaged, with opened or missing packaging may be refunded minus a 40% restocking fee.
